I'm not sure if there is a particular style of pentjak silat you are looking to study, but after a quick search I found two potential schools in Miami that might work for you.

Twin Dragons Martial & Internal Research Institute of Arts seems to have a curriculum strongly based in Kuntao Silat. Don't know much about them but the teacher seems pretty well studied and trained with Willem De Thouars. www.twindragonsmartialarts.com/

I also found that there is a licensed Pentjak Silat Mande Muda instructor at Unified Martial Arts. Mande Muda is also a good system and is known for its emphasis on Harimau forms (low and ground forms) which a lot of people associate pentjak silat with if that;s something you're more interested in. (No webpage listed but I would assume they are in your yellow pages)

Thanks guys! Unfortunately, I have done the same searching online, and know of both of these schools. The problem is that they are 1hour (with traffic) from my pad....2 hour driving for 1hour class.
